Campaign Award Winners

United Way award winners are recognized at a special awards celebration in January. Set your goals and plan to be an award winner!

Award Criteria

• 10% increase in employee giving
• $100 or more employee per capita
• 50% or more employee participation
• One or more Palmetto Society members ($1,000+)
• 50% of contributors are Fair Share givers

(Fair Share=1% or more of annual salary (salaried employees) or one hour of pay per month (hourly employees)

Awards

• Chairman’s Award - meet any four of the award criteria
• Campaign Award of Excellence – meet any two of the award criteria
• Advancement Award in $’s – a 25% increase in employee giving
• Advancement Award in Participation – a 25% increase in employee participation
• Premier Award - for companies running a campaign for the first-time

To be considered for awards, companies must have two or more employees and a campaign of $500 or more. Award eligibility will be determined based on employee giving data submitted by the company.
