Award Criteria
10% increase in employee giving
$100 or more employee per capita
50% or more employee participation
One or more Palmetto Society members ($1,000+)
50% of contributors are Fair Share givers
(Fair Share=1% or more of annual salary (salaried employees) or one hour of pay per month (hourly employees)
Awards
Chairmans Award - meet any four of the award criteria
Campaign Award of Excellence meet any two of the award criteria
Advancement Award in $s a 25% increase in employee giving
Advancement Award in Participation a 25% increase in employee participation
Premier Award - for companies running a campaign for the first-time
To be considered for awards, companies must have two or more employees and a campaign of $500 or more. Award eligibility will be determined based on employee giving data submitted by the company.
