Honor MLK and get involved with 'Champions of Dreams' Jan. 16

Come join us from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 16,  for a fun, family-friendly volunteering event!

Hands On Greenville and MLK Dream Weekend invite you to the Sterling Community Center (113 Minus Street, Greenville) to participate in entertaining on-site projects and learn about local agencies in a nonprofit showcase.

On-site projects will include a seat for social justice collage, making blankets for sick children, creating placemats for food delivery programs, decorating food donation bins, writing cards to hospice patients and projects centered around and honoring the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
