New Community Health Assessment Details Growth in Number of Medically Underserved
Greenville Forward, in partnership with United Way of Greenville County, Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Greenville Hospital System, Piedmont Health Care Foundation, and the South Carolina Business Coalition on Health, has released a new Health Assessment for Greenville County.
The report details how the number of medically underserved is growing despite growth in facilities, access, and convenience to care.
The Health Assessment will provide Greenville leaders with a better understanding of the health of the community, allowing community members to understand not only the national and state trends on health and access to care, but also how Greenville County has fared and how its residents are directly affected.
