The United Way Palmetto Society is about ordinary people with extraordinary visions coming together to make our community the best it can be. Their leadership and generosity exemplify the caring spirit of our community.
These generous donors contribute $1,000 or more annually through the United Way. The Palmetto Society was started in 1989 to recognize those giving at the leadership level.
There are many opportunities for networking through a variety of events, and through targeted initiatives for African American Leadership, Women’s Leadership and Young Philanthropists.
For more information about the Palmetto Society, contact United Way’s Leadership Giving staff.
Many companies conduct special Palmetto Society campaigns in the workplace.
You can also make an online pledge.
