United Way of Greenville County raised its third highest total ever during its 2009 community campaign at more than $14 million.

The final tally of $14,057,213 was revealed during a special luncheon Nov. 12 celebrating the work and contributions of more than 700 workplaces, 1,300 volunteers and 40,000 donors in the community.
