United Way of Greenville County launched its 2010 community campaign with the annual Kickoff event at the Carolina First Center on Tuesday, Sept. 14. Retired Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Thomas L. Wilkerson, currently the chief executive officer of the United States Naval Institute, delivered the keynote address.
