Women in Banking Making a Difference

Women in Banking celebrated their generosity and commitment to this community at the Women in Banking Making A Difference Celebration on Sept. 9.

Through their Palmetto Society gifts, 99 women from the banking industry are making a difference as part of the Women’s Leadership program. These women shared the importance of their involvement and support of United Way with their banking colleagues and watched as local artist Jared Emerson transformed a blank canvas into a spectacular painting of downtown Greenville's Liberty Bridge. The painting was auctioned off during the event with a portion of the proceeds benefiting United Way.
