Leadership Giving

What Is YP 20s?

YP 20s is for people in their twenties who want to give back to the community, but cannot yet make the commitment to joining Young Philanthropists (YP), a sub-set of the Palmetto Society (United Way's $1,000+ group). YP 20s participants make the commitment to growing their giving to $1,000 by the time they reach age 30.

Why Should I Join YP 20s?

YP 20s members are recognized as community leaders in all United Way Palmetto Society membership listings. As a YP 20s participant, you will also be invited to all YP functions and have the ability to network with hundreds of other young professionals in our community. Finally, and most importantly, we hope you will join YP 20s to show the commitment you have to helping others in need and to making intentional decisions about how to plan your philanthropy.

How Does YP 20s Work?

Simply complete the intent form and return to your Campaign Coordinator (if you are part of an employee campaign) or return directly to the United Way.
