Chief of Staff

Serving as an integral member of the President + CEO's team, the Chief of Staff (CoS) will be responsible for providing direction and oversight of special projects related to the overall success of the organization's strategic priorities. The CoS will also guide governance strategy related to United Way's Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Board. In addition, the CoS is responsible for support of the President + CEO in helping United Way position itself as a customer-sensitive organization by supporting all activities that respond to the needs and desires of United Way's active community investors, and assuring that all administrative functions of the office of the President + CEO are carried out in an appropriate, accurate and timely manner.

Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a dynamic leader to elevate our human resource capabilities. The Director of Human Resources will play a key role in developing and implementing human resource (HR) policies/programs and managing all aspects of talent management, including employee relations and development. Workplace Relationship Manager

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and collaborative sales professional/fundraiser to lead all aspects of an assigned portfolio of corporate and employee fundraising campaigns. The position will establish, grow and strengthen relationships with corporate leaders and internal influencers to maximize corporate and employee engagement and philanthropic giving to United Way of Greenville County.

Workplace Relationships Team Coordinator

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, collaborative individual to assist our Workplace Relationships team with planning and implementing the workplace fundraising campaign, volunteer and donor engagement activities and donor/volunteer events. This person will work closely with our Workplace Relationships team members as well as members of the Advancement team and Marketing and Communications team.
