Donor Data Manager
The Donor Data Manager is responsible for assisting the Workplace Relationships and Advancement Departments in efforts to ensure United Way of Greenville County is capturing and securing corporate, donor and volunteer data, recording it in a meaningful way, and utilizing it in the best way to benefit the organization. This is a highly collaborative position, directly responsible for promoting, managing and executing our Workplace Giving Portal (WGP) – platform which accounts for approximately 100 workplace campaigns and nearly $5 million annually. The Donor Data Manager will also serve as a Dynamics CRM expert, assisting in developing and optimizing internal operations and processes, maintaining the integrity of all data in CRM, as well as the primary contact for CRM staff training.
Data & Research Manager
The Data and Research Manager oversees research as it pertains to Community Impact. This includes researching best practices in giving, community programs, and other relevant case studies and/or exploration. In addition, this position will act at the primary point person for the United Way of Greenville County Data Project, determining partner requirements, identifying key data points, and creating readable data and information.
