Making sure all of Greenville County’s children achieve the important milestone of high school graduation is fundamental to building a Cycle of Success.
OnTrack Greenville, a United Way-led initiative, is changing the way we keep students on track to high school graduation and future success by bringing data analysis and community collaboration to a new level.
Inside some of the highest-need schools in our community, hundreds of people—from teachers and school administrators to health care professionals and community volunteers—are rallying together under the banner of OnTrack Greenville to meet the unique needs of individual middle school students and their families.
While the challenges faced by students and their families are many, Communities In Schools’ Rushawnda Olden sees the difference United Way and our OnTrack partners are making.
“United Way is creating a change in our community,” she said. “Through United Way and the OnTrack initiative, my students have hope. With that little piece of hope, they’re seeing a future.”
