Women's Leadership

United Way of Greenville County Women’s Leadership is a network of women united by generosity, compassion and a shared desire to make a difference in our community.

Women’s Leadership members invest their time to advance the causes they feel strongly about: quality childcare and education, crisis services, financial literacy, job training, and more.

Members give back to the community year round through a variety of impactful volunteer and networking opportunities, including Women’s Leadership’s Jobs to Careers Scholarship program.

Women Make a Difference Luncheon: Members receive an invitation to our annual luncheon celebrating the philanthropic impact of Greenville County women. In conjunction, members and their guests have the opportunity to participate in the “Wear One, Bring One” service project, which collects new undergarments to be donated to a local emergency shelter for women in crisis.

Jobs to Career Scholarship: Members are invited to provide mentoring and guidance to women looking to grow from basic job skills to higher-paying career opportunities through our innovative scholarship program. Interested in learning more about the scholarship? Contact Holly Manuel at 864.467.3551 or via email at hmanuel@unitedwaygc.org

Volunteer Engagement: Women’s Leadership members can get hands on in their philanthropy through the United Way School Tools project and other service opportunities at handsongreenville.org.
