Community Navigators work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness to support rapid placement into permanent housing through Greenville Together’s Rapid Exit, Shelter to Home, and Street-to-Home programs.
Navigators carry a blended caseload, providing housing-focused, short-term support that emphasizes speed, stabilization, and participant choice. This role is field-based, relationship-driven, and critical to frontline housing outcomes.
