OnTrack Greenville

Helping Greenville County students stay on track to an on-time graduation.

OnTrack Greenville is a community education initiative supporting six high-poverty Greenville County schools: Berea High, Berea Middle, Carolina High, Greenville Early College, Lakeview Middle and Tanglewood Middle. Our goal is to keep students on track to an on-time graduation.

We believe everyone deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to reach their full potential. Education is the most robust predictor of financial stability, yet 12% of adults in Greenville County over the age of 25 do not have a high school diploma, and only 35% hold a bachelor’s or graduate degree. With the right support, education can change the direction of a child’s life forever.

Using an innovative, evidence-based model, OnTrack works with schools, teachers and community education programs to systematically address the daily challenges students face.

In partnership with OnTrack Greenville, the Greenville County School District developed the Early Warning Response System (EWRS). The EWRS is now a district-wide tool used to identify students who may be off-track in academic, behavior and course performance — key indicators for school success.
