AMERICORPS PROGRAM COORDINATOR

The AmeriCorps Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role within our organization by supporting the operations of the United Way of Greenville County AmeriCorps grant and program. AmeriCorps Members, under the guidance of the Program Coordinator and Senior Manager of Capacity Programs (SMCP), support individuals and families in navigating community resources, applying for benefits, and completing income tax returns through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

PUBLIC POLICY & ADVOCACY MANAGER

The Public Policy & Advocacy Manager works to advance United Way of Greenville County’s mission through policy and systems change efforts, using a variety of methods including coalition building, advocacy, thought leadership, research and public awareness among our diverse network and partners.

REEM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Greenville Racial Equity & Economic Mobility (REEM) Commission was formed in August 202 to convene around matters of racial inequities, social justice and disparities in key areas that negatively impact Greenville County’s Black community. The REEM Executive Director will develop and execute strategies for each of REEM’s six core commission-recommended focus areas. This leader will galvanize community support for REEM’s mission and vision through individual and collective learning, reflection, and action.

VICE PRESIDENT OF PHILANTHROPY

Reporting to the President and CEO of United Way of Greenville County, the Vice President of Philanthropy will serve as a member of the senior leadership team and will be responsible for developing and executing against a comprehensive plan to raise investment dollars supporting United Way’s strategy. This role will have the opportunity to shape and realign philanthropic fundraising efforts and continue to build upon the success of United Way’s philanthropic team.
