United Way of Greenville County awarded $25,000 grant from Truist Foundation

United Way of Greenville County has received a $25,000 grant from Truist Foundation in support of its work to increase the economic mobility of individuals and families in Greenville County. 

“We are so appreciative of the generosity of the Truist Foundation as we work together to change lives and strengthen our community,” said Meghan Barp, president and CEO of United Way of Greenville County. “Truist Foundation’s focus on economic mobility and their mission to build thriving communities make them perfect partners for our work, and we thank them for their incredible support of United Way.” 

The Truist Foundation grant will be used to directly support the economic mobility work of United Way, as the organization leads and invests in proven programs and initiatives in education, financial stability and building vibrant and equitable communities
